What a wonderful experience!!! hypnosis

My Hypnosis session No 1 and its experience...

What exactly is hypnosis?

While definitions can vary, the American Psychological Association describes hypnosis as a cooperative interaction in which the participant responds to the suggestions of the hypnotist. While hypnosis has become well-known thanks to popular acts where people are prompted to performs unusual or ridiculous actions, the technique has also been clinically proven to provide medical and therapeutic benefits, most notably in the reduction of pain and anxiety.

But psychiatrists do understand the general characteristics of hypnosis, and they have some model of how it works. It is a trance state characterized by extreme suggestibility, relaxation and heightened imagination. It's not really like sleep, because the subject is alert the whole time. It is most often compared to daydreaming, or the feeling of "losing yourself" in a book or movie. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you.

लोग कहते है हम मुस्कुराते बहुत है,
और हम थक गए दर्द छुपाते छुपाते
I am Sapna Bhardwaj, Faridabad Resident. Exploring new things always gives me spark in life.
That’s the main reason; I opted to have an hypnosis therapy session, off course also with a thought in sub- conscious, that if this can rectify my problems and provides me some solution to overcome it.
3\7\2015 was the day I experienced something new…
As Life is nothing but an “experience”, I keep myself open to get it from every moment.
On this day my Hypnosis session was done by DR Manish Vadhva.
Since from the morning I was so excited to meet DR Manish that I winded up all my house hold chores before time, and I rushed towards his clinic.
As I entered he has asked me to fill up a form, which was for my personal details, and was seeking reasons form me opting to experience Hypnosis.
I wrote three problems which I was facing in my present life, after around one hour of discussion DR was able to relate with my prospective.
He gave me one Affirmation, which he concluded with my own thoughts during discussion, and that was:-
“I WANT TO BE HAPPY, FREE, SECURE AND DIGNIFIED”
Now these are the words DR has asked me to keep it with me always, asked me to read it before sleeping and after getting up in the morning. Doing so will help me to achieve my goals, with strength.
Now DR has asked me to sit on some special kind of chair, which was there at his room.
He has asked me to close my eyes, and he started his commentaries. And the session begin like this…
DR- after certain moment he asked is there any door I could see in front of me?
I – said yes!
DR- open the door and tell me what you can see.
I – said a huge campus, with full of students roaming here and there.
DR- where are you in the campus.
I – I am standing on stage and delivering lecture to huge number of students standing in front of me.
DR- what are you wearing?
I – a saree!
DR- Can you see which year it is?
I – no
DR – Which place is it?
I – some hilly area, very beautiful, lot of greenery.
DR- How old are you?
I – said around 40-45 years.

DR- Ok move next what can u see.
I – said I have my apartment in the campus itself, very lavish, very beautiful, one small kid I guess a baby boy with fair complexion, wearing black dress is moving here and there.
DR- explore who is this baby?
I – said can’t make out.
DR- ok move ahead, what can you see now.
I – said my old house in panchkula.
DR – ok describe me the house.
I – said a beautiful big house with a lawn in front, electric generator in the lawn itself, one big Jhula in the lawn too.
DR- ok go inside the house, now what can you see.
I – said my Father (who has expired in 2005).
DR- go to your father and talk to him.
I – with full choked throat, with tears in my eyes one after another, stopped saying anything.
DR- speak to your dad, say what you want to say him.
I - said you have done very wrong to me, shouldn’t have done it.
Now few second silences, DR stopped saying anything. I was crying, crying and crying. I could literally feel pain in my heart side.
DR- ok just hug your father and asked to go to his destined position, tell him that you love him.
I – tried doing that, and could feel my father waving me with his hands, and he left.
Again little min silence, I was waiting for DR’s voice to come.
DR- move ahead, what can you see.
I – said a slum area, raining heavily.
DR- what are you doing here?
I – said have come to help some poor people, who resides here and are in some deep trouble.
DR- ok, who are you?
I – said some GOVT official!
DR- Aage chalo, which year is this?
I – after putting some hard efforts I said 1921…
DR- hummmmmmmmm
I – stared telling that I am scolding some of my employees, and the employs are standing quietly…
DR- ok aage chalo…
I – said I can see some horses, fire everywhere, few men on the horse are troubling me, and I am running here and there and seeking some help, to get rid of those men.
DR- ok at the count of 3, just come to the stairs from which you came down… one, two, and three…
I – did the same…
DR- ok now slowly open the door, and come inside, at the count of three….one, two, three…
Open your eyes slowly…
I – did the same… and the session got over…alas!!!

Now I came two the chair lying in front of the doctor.
DR- how are you feeling…
I – said confused!!! I was narrating the entire story myself, I was creating my own stories, as you were asking me to do that, I just did that…
DR- Are you feeling lighter on your father’s part?
I – said yes ( I have told the doctor, about my father before the session, that I have had a very bad experiences with my father in my childhood, he was a hard core drunker, and have ruined mine and my brother’s childhood time).
I said yes I am feeling lighter.
DR- This is because we managed to send your father to his position, now you are released with his soul.
And we winded up, the session was for around 3 and half hours. I came back home with a confused mind, but with a point that I will definitely come for another session for sure.

Has Education become Business now-a- days…

“Education is the transformation  of civilization”. Gone are day when education was keepsake, benefaction…and Guru’s were so keen to educate their students to make them the best of the world… We still remember teachers who seemed to be on a mission, a sort of camping to educate, who wanted kids to open their minds to the possibilities around them. They were our counselors, our mentors, the ones who guided us and listened to our sometimes extremely ridiculous ideas. But it seems really pity that in today's competitive world education has taken new face that is business. Now everything is becoming business. Donation of the college, school, or institute is such that it is not possible for middle class person to afford it, and at last left uneducated, hence, called as illiterate… Education has become a business – not that ‘business’ is a bad thing. It is just that schools and universities have become such commercial enterprises that everything is measured in terms of ...

We're Limiting Ourselves through Expectation

इंसान को इंसान नही बल्की वो उम्मीदें धोखा देती हैं जो वो दुसरों से रखता है। My five year daughter met with an accident while playing in a birthday party, fell down from a ride literally broke her hand from elbow and had to undergo a surgery. Now as my daughter had stitches under bandage, and she being so naughty have to be under supervision almost 24 O 7 to avoid further complications. Now my husband as always is in extra energetic mode of experimenting is desperate to change the routine of his own and to that of his surroundings that too in our vacation time, keep singing that we have to get up from bed at 5 sharp and must finish our chores in no time to get some quality time to work upon our growth. Baby as in pain doesn’t let me sleep almost for all night; I did not disturb anyone thinking that why to bother others if I can handle this of my own. In such cold weather, after taking care of my injured baby the whole night, I got up to cook breakfast and his Tiffin, ...

What it means to be "Raised Well"

As a parent, you want your children to grow up to be happy, healthy, and successful adults. However, raising good, authentic, and ethical humans requires more than just providing them with academic education. It involves embedding beautiful habits and a strong value system in them from a young age. The first habit that parents must instill in their children is respect. Children need to know how to handle their egos and treat others with kindness and empathy. This means that they should learn to respect everyone's rights and not abuse their power over those who are weaker. Teaching children to be authentic in their relationships is also essential. Authenticity means being true to oneself and others. This includes being honest, trustworthy, and having integrity. Parents must encourage their children to communicate openly and honestly, without fear of judgment or criticism. Compromise is good, each and everyone needs to do certain compromises as the life is not perfect, but compromise...
